Hoyis is a leading event and marketing agency with office in Cambodia and with partnership in Hong Kong as well. We specialize in creating bespoke experiences in event organizing and business matching in Cambodia. With a team of over 20 years of experience of creative strategists, event specialists, and marketing professionals, we are passionate about delivering innovative and results-driven campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
In 2021, Mr. Ng has established Hoyiz International Limited in Hong Kong, primarily responsible for design, event coordination, advertising production, editing, and post-production, among other services. The clients include local small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong, as well as business associations.
In 2024, Mr. Ng, with his connection and network built during the 15 years stays in Cambodia, finally decide to formally setup Hoyis International Cambodia to coordinate business people in events management, marketing and advertising with various government ministries and local business associations

Our creative team offers a comprehensive range of services, from print advertising, leaflets, posters, brochures, and direct mail to event decorations, production, key visuals, photo and video shoots, and post-production. This breadth of offerings ensures that all your marketing needs are met under one roof.
We have extensive experience in designing and producing backdrops, stage designs, window stickers, light box films, dump bins, and other related products. Our creative team will also create website development, digital banners, e-cards, and advertising campaigns.

As the Founder of ALLNISON Auditing and Consulting Co. Ltd. (“ALLNISON”), Mr. Ng has had the privilege of advising numerous enterprises on investing in One Belt One Road Region, especially with Cambodia, China, and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”).
ALLNISON provides comprehensive auditing and consulting services, such as taxation filing and advisory, risk and control solutions, audit and assurance, and transaction and restructuring services. In addition to Mr. Ng’s role at ALLNISON, he also serves as the Executive Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary General of both HKBAC and CHKMBA. These positions, along with my close relationships with other business associations in Cambodia, enable me to effectively liaise, match, and link up both overseas and local investors. This network is instrumental in fostering collaborative opportunities and facilitating seamless business ventures between HKSAR and Cambodia.
Furthermore, the collaboration with the Hong Kong Economic Trade Office (“HKETO”) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”) in various business promotion events enable Mr. Ng to stay updated on the latest trade policies and market opportunities, ensuring Mr. Ng to provide comprehensive support to investors looking to expand business into Cambodia or establish companies in HKSAR.
